CMO/CDMO Services. Relying on the production experience accumulated for many years, perfect quality system and the advantage of sustainable evolution of R&D platform, the company actively lays out CMO/CDMO business and creates a CMO/CDMO one-stop service platform, which is dedicated to providing R&D and production services of chemical APIs and intermediates for global customers. The company invested 300 million RMB in a new multi-functional workshop covering an area of 3,400 m² with a total construction area of 13,300 m². The design capacity of the workshop can meet the production needs of customers from kilogram level to 100 tons per year, and a variety of material reactors (glass-lined, stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, etc.) can meet various complex reaction conditions, such as strong acid, strong alkali, high pressure (4 MPa), ultra-low temperature (-80 ℃), high temperature (250 ℃) and high vacuum process conditions, and can implement hazardous chemical processes such as hydrogenation, oxidation, nitration, fluorination, etc. The reaction kettle operation volume is from 100 L to 3,000 L, with 40 sets of reaction units and a total volume of 66.2 m³. The plant is designed in accordance with domestic GMP standards and also with reference to US and EU GMP standards. The company's R&D center is located in Wuhan Optics Valley Biopharmaceutical Accelerator with a new 6,000 m² laboratory, equipped with complete and internationally advanced facilities for chemistry, quality analysis and drug formulation development, and has established chemical research platforms including impurity research, crystal form research, synthetic biology research, asymmetric synthesis and continuous flow process.
