如皋市众昌化工有限公司前身金陵试剂厂成立于1995年，2005年在如皋港精细化工园新建厂房、办公及配套设施，公司占地面积约26000平方米，建筑面积约5800平方米，其中办公生活区域1200平方米以上。所在园区基础设施完善、配套齐全，集中供热供气，并设有污水处理、危险废物处理处置等统一污染物处理系统。工厂引进DCS自动化控制技术，实现生产高度自动化，严格按ISO14001和ISO9000管理。公司已发展为集化工新材料、医药原料和石油催化剂研发、生产、销售为一体的科技型企业，主要生产三氟化锑、三氯乙酸、三乙酰氧基硼氢化钠、氯化磷酰胆碱钙（钾）盐、1,3-丙酮二羧酸二甲（乙）酯、对氨基水杨酸（钠）等。

Rugao Zhongchang Chemical Co., Ltd., the predecessor of the company is Jinling Reagent Factory, found in 1995. In 2005, it set up a new plant, office and supporting facilities in Rugaogang Fine Chemical Park. The company flooring area is 26,000 m². Building area is 5800 m², in which the office and living area is around 1200m². The park where the company is located has complete infrastructure, central heating, steam supply, and a unified pollutant treatment system including sewage treatment, hazardous waste treatment and disposal. DCS automation control technology is introduced into our company, to achieve a high degree of automation in production, improve the accuracy of production operations. It is strictly managed in accordance with ISO14001 and ISO9000. After years of accumulation and development, Zhongchang Chemical has developed into a scientific and technological enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales of new chemical materials, pharmaceutical raw materials and petroleum catalysts. At present, the main production and management varieties are as follows: Antimony trifluoride, trichloroacetic acid, sodium triacetoxy-borohydride, phosphoacylcholine calcium (potassium) chloride salt, Dimethyl 1,3-acetonedicarboxylate, Diethyl 1,3-acetonedicarboxylate, 4-Aminosalicylic acid, Sodium 4-aminosalicylate, etc.
