重庆鸿盛医药化工有限公司位于重庆万盛平山园区关坝组团，总投资2.5亿元，是集化学原料药、高级中间体系列产品研发、生产、销售与出口为一体的精细化工企业，建成年产1700吨化学原料药及中间体生产基地。公司建有21000平方米、600m³反应体积的三个化学合成车间，具备硝化、氢化、氧化、氯化、磺化、重氮化6个危险工艺相关资质，并配套23000平方米物资存储中心、500立方容量液体储罐区及完善的污水处理系统。中央控制室集成DCS系统、SIS系统、紧急停车系统、视频监控系统与消防控制系统，实现多方位、多层次集中控制管理。公司组建博士研发团队，并与重庆大学药学院等多所高校共建产学研合作联盟，依托先进药物制造中试中心平台推进核心技术攻关与自主创新。产品出口欧洲、北美等世界各地，与国内多家上市及知名药企建立了长期稳定的合作关系。

Chongqing Hongsheng Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. is a fine chemical enterprise, located in Guanba Group, Pingshan Park, Wansheng, Chongqing, China, with a total investment of 250 million yuan. It focuses on research, production and sales of APIs and advanced intermediates, with an annual output of 1700 tons of APIs and intermediates production base. We have built three chemical synthesis workshops with 21000 square meters and 600 m³ reaction volume, and have 6 hazardous process related qualifications of nitrification, hydrogenation, oxidation, chlorination, sulfonation and diazotization. It is equipped with 23,000 square meters material storage center, 500 cubic meters capacity liquid storage tank area and perfect sewage treatment system. And we have a master control room, realizing multi-faceted and multi-level centralized control and management, with a set of DCS system, SIS system, emergency stop system, video monitoring system and fire control system. In addition, we have set up a PhD research and development team to promote core technology research and independent innovation. At the same time, we have established an alliance with Chongqing University, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences for cooperation in production, academia and research, making full use of the platform of advanced drug manufacturing pilot center to focus on industrial innovation and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
